Why must we always strive to be great? I

Why must we always strive to be great? It helps you professionally, makes our profession and the people around us get better. It will inspire others to elevate their abilities, who will in turn do the same. Its really what being “American” is about working to be great and sharing it with others.

We are not born great, its a decision you make. And it won’t be easy, you will find setbacks to learn from, adversity that will make you smarter, and criticism from those afraid to walk in your footsteps. Ask Jim Abbott born without a right hand yet pitched major league baseball for ten years; Walt Disney fired from a Kansas City Newspaper for not being creative enough; Thomas Edison considered a “dumb student” in school, difficulty in speaking, dyslexic; Michael Jordan cut from his high school basketball team, and many others including Helen Keller, Bob Dylan, Charlie Parker, and Oprah Winfrey.

John Neal said ” A certain amount of opposition is of great help to a man, kites rise against, not with the wind’. He is a story by himself born 1793, lawyer, advocate for women’s rights, writer and more.

Awaken the potential inside you by asking your peers the question why, share an idea, seek their advice and never forget to say thank you. Work at being good, one day it will feel natural. Look to improve daily, Real Estate is your career make contributions, stand up for the right, fight the fight you believe in. Share your opinions, build your mental stamina, practice your thoughts there is no time line in learning, its a lifelong process. I have heard people say it takes time to accomplish this and I will be older, the news for these people is they will be older no matter what they do.

Be one of the best as a Realtor and a Realtor advocate. At TFG lets not accept average, be excellent at your profession.

“Dream big dreams! Imagine that you have no limitations and then decide whats right before you decide what’s possible” Brian Tracy.

Our greatest asset is our ability to ear

Our greatest asset is our ability to earn, no one can ever take that away from us, it means confidence and security – master it. Be learning based, we must seek education from one another, a college degree or self education does not matter, its firing up an attitude of staying educated thats important. Todays business world is learning too and those who embrace its knowledge will find its rewards. Most of us need to “learn how to earn”. We cant sit on our yesterday accomplishment, todays a new day and our clients depend on us.

The competition is investing in themselves we should invest in ourselves. After you earned your Real Estate License a College Degree, New Designation, or an Award reflect on the accomlisment and then go after another one. The piece of paper one recieves isnt worth anything if you dont know how to convert it to income. The world is full of educated know it all’s whose walls are full of knowledge they have never put to work “learn how to earn”. Dont be satisfied with average. Zig Ziegler said “its not where you start – its where you finish that counts”.

You cant gain experience without the experiences. “Learn and do”. “Do it, to learn it”. Your production will double. Understand the basics of Real Esatate unconsciousnessly, practice daily, your income will appreciate it. Grow and cultivate yourself then apply it. Be willing to make and share your mistakes, its been said on the other side of failure is success. One day you will discover that others have interest in hiring you.

The Economic Times wrote, “Even a tiny investment in terms of time and effort can help you reap rich rewards. The difference between the earning potential of a high performer and a poor one is a whopping 875%. Complacency at the workplace will only earn you a standard increment of 5% a year, or worse, none at all. This is even lower than the the prevailing rate. So, effectively , you’re becoming poorer each year”.

Working 40 hours a week today is barley breaking even and that’s certainly not keeping up with inflation. If you want to earn what your worth, watch what successful people do who have earned what they are worth. Job security is spending the time needed to be the best. After you get a contract signed its the right time to get another one signed and another one etc. Its not the time to relax. Note that how much time you spend doing your job has a direct relationship to your income. Seek small accomplishments you’ll find a sense of satisfaction. Get close to your job, analyze what you do, to get what you want, by what you have and you will realize what you must do to enhance your career.

Be agreeable Present the facts Uncover t

Be agreeable
Present the facts
Uncover their needs by asking questions.
Lead your client to a decision
Speak with them not at them.
You will never win a disagreement with a client.
Look at them when speaking
Stay in the moment
Don’t looking away.
Avoid saying “you should” “I think” “I would”,
Speak in a third party sense, “Mr. seller the market shows you’ve priced your home 10% above the market average”
“the market says”.

Treating each other with respect leads to a long term relationship, the second and third sales you make to a client is much easier.
